The art of appreciation

Writers are forever on the go – reading, researching, writing, editing, proofing, marketing, networking.  It’s an endless cycle.  With the publication of my sixth novel, I’ve decided to take time to appreciate all that I have achieved and have a little fun with my marketing campaign.

You will see Hercule Poirot, Inspector Barnaby from Midsomer and Sherlock Holmes and Watson commenting on the young undertaker from Edinburgh who is a whiz at solving murders.

You will see Ernest Hemingway, Charles Dickens and Agatha Christie commenting on the author who created these mystery novels.

I’m still working hard on my next novel but also stopping to smell the roses.  In invite you to join in the fun – like, retweet or share on your Facebook page.

I hope this post inspires you to take a moment and appreciate your own work.  Here’s to you – and me!
